As the cold draws in and the mornings are still dark until you arrive at work, I start to struggle.
Don’t get me wrong, I love the change in seasons, but feeling like 50% of my day is spent in the dark does little for me.
Hello my little lay-in-breakfast-cheat. I know porridge at your desk isn’t groundbreaking but that extra 20 minutes in bed on these cold mornings makes all the difference to me. I’m also pretty sure that porridge is good for you (or at least that’s what I’ve been told)!
I added a little Fortnum & Mason Kent Orchard Honey to mine – you really can’t go wrong. Who doesn’t love fruity runny honey?!
